MODEL SISTEM CERDAS REKOMENDASI BENGKEL MENGGUNAKAN LOCATION-BASED SERVICE DAN ALGORITMA K-NEAREST NEIGHBORS

Abstract


Tingkat kepemilikan sepeda motor di Kabupaten Pasuruan yang sangat tinggi tidak diimbangi dengan ketersediaan informasi yang memadai mengenai lokasi layanan penambalan ban. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pengendara yang mengalami ban bocor seringkali mengalami kesulitan menemukan bengkel terdekat dan terpaksa mendorong kendaraannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi Android yang memanfaatkan Location Based Service (LBS) dan Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) untuk memetakan dan merekomendasikan lokasi penambalan ban terdekat di wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Aplikasi menyediakan fitur pemetaan geografis, daftar bengkel terdekat berdasarkan perhitungan algoritma K-NN, status ketersediaan montir, serta fitur komunikasi langsung. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini terbukti efektif membantu pengendara di Kabupaten Pasuruan dalam menemukan layanan penambalan ban terdekat secara cepat dan akurat.
